Process improvement through the use of teams has become a very effective approach utilized by world-class quality companies. Teams are either assigned an opportunity area or they may be allowed to select their own within their responsibility. In either case the team may not be as productive as anticipated because they have not learned to work together and many are not aware of the team dynamics. This course provides a fully integrated sequence of programs and experiential workshops aimed at providing you with a fundamental understanding of group theory, skills, and technologies. The same concepts can be used to lead your area of responsibility.
