Some of our consultants have studied under the eminent Drs. Kondo and Kano of the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers. (JUSE is the organization which sponsors the International Deming Overseas Prize for Quality Management.)  In the past, these consultants have had the privilege of attending seminars delivered by Dr. W. Edwards Deming, the late advocate for the implementation of TQM methods and philosophies.  At Florida Power & Light (FP&L), these consultants successfully implemented performance management and philosophies, gaining valuable first-hand experience and earning FP&L the coveted Deming Overseas Prize for Quality.  FP&L thus became the first non-Japanese company to earn this award.  AGI consultants have also worked with Loyola University Medical Center, Xerox Learning Systems Division, and Baptist Hospital of Miami, FL.  AGI’s work with Baptist resulted in performance excellence that was recently recognized by the hospital’s winning of the Florida Governor’s Sterling Quality Award.
