When Executive and Middle Managers identify critical processes that need to be redesigned and improved, they need to decide the best way to do that. They can either make a quick management decision if the process is simple, everyone understands and is on-board, and the outcomes of the change are known. Usually this is not the case. For this reason it may be best to assemble a team of individuals that have some stake in this process. This team, whether native, or cross-functional will understand the overall process better, and the systemic changes that will result if the process is modified or redesigned.
