Suppliers are one of the key stakeholders of most organizations. Many organizations work on the improvement of their internal processes but forget the importance of the supplier as part of their overall management system. It\u2019s the supplier who provides most of the raw materials or incoming services whose quality will determine the quality of the product or service provided to the ultimate consumer. If the quality being provided by the supplier is inferior, then your internal processes must either compensate through additional or more complex processes, and additional costs or the quality you are providing to your customer will suffer. This seminar explains these supplier-customer relationships, and the tools necessary to manage and continuously improve the quality being provided by the supplier to your organization. This in turn will improve the quality you provide and will make you more competitive through lower costs.
